T&S guarantees same day shipping on stock items if your order is called in before 4:00 pm est. Most orders are shipped regular UPS. T&S also uses various other carriers. Items that are dropped shipped directly may take longer. Items ordered together may not ship in the same package Orders placed after the cut-off time, weekends or holidays will be shipped the next regular business day. UPS, Fed-Ex, other carriers and prepaid truck shipments: Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. All shortages and damages must be called into T&S at 800.525.8665 or emailed to sales@tstool.com within 5 business days.

Truck Shipments (when you select the carrier): Check your order immediately upon arrival. All damaged containers and merchandise must be kept for your trucker to inspect. At the time you will file a claim with your trucker.
